CDC's founders figured out long ago that on the job training, as beneficial as it is, is not always in the customer’s best interest. Diving is the vehicle to our work. Construction is our business. Anybody can blow bubbles , we only use construction orientated men and women who are builders and are profficient with the tools of our trade.
